Services design is increasingly driven by function as well as form; therefore, the balance is likely to shift in response to tighter building regulations and demand for low/zero carbon development. We see one of our many strengths as being able to communicate the design intent, through its drawings, briefs and specifications to our installation teams within tight timescales, and in the detail required to install the services right first time.

Our in house design (CAD) technicians can work from an employer’s requirements document or with the client’s consultants to ensure that we achieve a services design which is practical, co-ordinated and will meet the requirements of the client’s operational objectives.
